Scholarships/Financial Aid
Financial Aid Our hope is that no family would fail to consider Carolina Christian School for financial reasons alone. Financial assistance at Carolina Christian School exists for families who lack the necessary resources to access Christian education for their children.
How to Apply for Financial Aid Each family that seeks financial aid is required to fill out a Family Financial Needs Assessment (FFNA). The necessary documents are available at the school office. FFNA is an independent Christian-based organization that provides Carolina Christian School with impartial and confidential evaluations of each family's need.
Financial Aid Guidelines Any family seeking financial aid must reapply for financial aid each school year. Families will be awarded financial aid based on the results of their FFNA report. Each recipient must be approved by the school board and will receive no greater than 50 percent assistance from the school. All financial aid granted is contingent upon the student maintaining acceptable academic progress, avoiding disciplinary problems, and upon parent cooperation with the school. Financial aid will not be approved for any new students until June 1 unless they have an older sibling already in the school. The final two spots in grades first through eleventh will not be available to financial aid recipients until June 1 for each upcoming school year. Additional restrictions or adjustments may be added at any time throughout the year, as the school board deems necessary.
