Kindergarten - Eighth Grade Registration Fee The registration fee for new kindergarten through eighth grade students is $400.00 per student and is due at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable unless the child is not accepted to Carolina Christian School. This fee covers the basic curriculum and other student-related expenses for a first-time student. Thereafter, a re-enrollment fee of $250.00 is required each year. Additional requests may be made throughout the year for field trips, pictures, and special events.
High School Registration Fee The yearly registration fee for all high school students is $500.00 per student and is due at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable unless the child is not accepted to Carolina Christian School. This fee covers the basic curriculum and other student-related expenses for high school students. Additional requests may be made throughout the year for field trips, pictures, and special events.
Tuition Payment Options Tuition may be paid in a one-time lump sum no later than August 1st for the upcoming school year, or on a monthly payment schedule, divided into ten consecutive payments, beginning July 15th for the upcoming school year.

High School Tuition Tuition for all high school students at Carolina Christian School is $4370.00 per student, or ten monthly payments of $437.00.
Payment Policies During the month of June, payment coupons will be mailed to all parents using the monthly payment plan. These serve as a reminder for when school payments are due. Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month, beginning on July 15th for the upcoming school year. Prompt payment each month is expected and appreciated. A late fee of $10.00 will be charged if the payment for the current month is not received by the 20th of that month. If the payment is as much as 30 days late, the parent or guardian will be notified that arrangements must be made in order to keep their child enrolled in school. A prorated payment will then be due each week. If a student's tuition is more than five weeks late (30 days plus one week from the 30th day deadline), the student may be removed from the roll. If you are having a problem with making the payment on time, please contact the headmaster or the office and make arrangements to pay weekly or discuss other possible arrangements. It is preferred that payment be made by check and should be made payable to Carolina Christian School with the child's name printed somewhere on the check. Do not include other payments, such as field trips, book orders, and re-enrollments, on the same check. For any returned check, there will be a $25.00 fee. Report cards, test scores, and permanent records will be held until all past-due balances for tuition and/or other obligations are paid in full. |
