ACSI Math Olympics 03/17/2011
Carolina Christian School traveled to Tri-City Christian School in Conover, NC on Thursday March 17th to participate in the ACSI Math Olympics. There were 6 schools represented at this event. Among those competing were Lake Norman Christian, Caldwell Academy, North Hills Christian School, Tri-City, Gaston Christian and Carolina Christian.
Each school could bring up to 36 students in grades 3rd-8th to participate. The students participated in two areas: computation and reasoning. In each area, the top 5 students were awarded a ribbon. Carolina Christian School did very well at this event. CCS had 14 students win ribbons.
