In the early matchup, the CCS Lady Lions defeated the Graystone Lady Knights 46-42 in overtime.  Trailing 20-15 at halftime, the Lady Knights’ Gillian Gulledge and Sydney Safrit drilled one and two 3 pointers, respectively, to lead Graystone to a 16 point 3^rd quarter and a tie game.  The teams finished regulation tied 40-40 after CCS failed to convert a one-and-one free throw opportunity with 1.5 seconds remaining in the 4^th quarter.  In overtime, CCS  pulled away on the strength of field goals by Chloe Burris and Sarah Grigg, plus two Grigg free throws.  Burris led all scorers with 18 points, and pulled down 16 rebounds.  Safrit was the Lady Knights’ leading scorer with 11 points.  

In the men’s night cap, Graystone’s Knights defeated the CCS Lions 53-48.  The Lions overcame a 21-15 halftime deficit to take the lead 38-35 in the 4^th quarter but could not hold it. Evan Mauldin and La’Carlo Sellers each posted 9 points for the Knights in the critical final quarter. Sellers led all scorers with 23 points.  The Lions were led with 21 points from Chase Clontz and 18 points from Steven Carr.
