Job Description

TITLE:                                  Teacher

SUPERVISION:                      Headmaster, Carolina Christian School

ROLE:                                   “To teach the mind and guide the soul” of Carolina Christian School students by planning and implementing educational curriculum related to Biblical principles and Godly character.

QUALIFICATIONS:                   1.         Has received Jesus Christ as his/her personal

Savior, with a written transcript of personal testimony.

2.         Believes that the Bible is God’s Word and standard for faith and daily living, and holds to the Statement of Faith of the School.

3.         Active member of Carolina Presbyterian Church or other approved evangelical congregation.

4.         Possesses spiritual maturity, academic ability and personal leadership qualities to “train up a child in the way they should go.”

5.         Completed application and current resume on file.

6.         Minimum of a BA or BS.

7.         Certified or working toward certification by an approved agency.

8.         Creative, organized, and resourceful.
