Angie Fink
Finance Manager
Mrs. Fink holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from NC State University. Prior to joining CCS, she worked over 20 years in public accounting. She lives on a small farm with her husband and 4 children.
Kim Grey
Front Office Manager
Mrs. Grey comes to Carolina Christian School with a vast skill set including Church/School Finance and Administration, County Tax Collector, Construction Design/Build management, and Staff Accountant at a nearby CPA firm.
She is married to Dr. Alex Grey and they have 3 children and Mr. Barkley - their loving, active, but anti-social Australian Kelpie!
Lauren Hartsell
Operations Manager
Mrs. Hartsell holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Queens University of Charlotte. She has experience in Cardiac/ICU and Triage nursing. For the past few years, she has been a substitute teacher here at CCS and the Children's Ministry Director at Carolina Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Hartsell has been involved with Carolina Christian for over 15 years, serving on past School Boards, volunteering her time to advance the school and coaching various sports.
She and her husband have 3 children that attend Carolina Christian. She enjoys outdoor activities, spending time in her kitchen baking, and living and working on their farm.

Charlotte Thomas
School Nurse
Mrs. Thomas holds both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Nursing from Queens University. She has worked in Pediatric ICU, Flight Nursing and currently is working weekends as a Clinical Case Manager at Atrium Health Cabarrus. Mrs. Thomas has two sons that attend Carolina Christian School.
Dr. Alexander Grey
Head of School
Dr. Alexander (Alex) Grey has many years of experience in the field of Christian Educational Leadership, classroom teaching, and coaching various varsity level sports. He holds a Doctorate in Curriculum and Educational Leadership, a Educational Specialist degree in Secondary Social Sciences, a Masters degree in Teaching and Education, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, all from Liberty University. Dr. Grey’s passion is helping all aspects of Christian schools to improve and excel in both academics and in the spiritual development of the school family. Dr. Grey enjoys all sorts of athletics, reading, mission projects, and growing stronger in his spiritual journey each day. He has been married to his wife Kim for 32 years on July 8th of this year. He also has three grown children who live in the greater Charlotte area.
Kristie Moss
Preschool Director
Mrs. Moss is the new Director of Carolina Christian Preschool. She has been a teacher at the preschool for 11 years and has been a part of our school family as a parent, volunteer, and a dedicated CCS coach for over 14 years. Mrs. Moss enjoys being part of a Christian school that places God's teaching at the forefront of educating our children.
Jessica Hinson
Admissions Director
Mrs. Hinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina State University. She has directed Carolina Christian School's admissions team for the past 5 years and finds great joy in welcoming new students into our Carolina Christian family.
Faith Aldridge
Athletics Director
Miss Aldridge grew up as a competitive gymnast since she could walk. With a career ending injury that led to a year full of physical therapy and eventual surgery, she found a love of helping individuals of all ages prevent injuries that accompanied her love for sports. Miss Aldridge studied Exercise Science at Coastal Carolina University and ultimately received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Systems Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a certified personal trainer and her goal is to ensure our athletes safety and to create relationships that will teach our youth the valuable lessons they need when their time at CCS is finished.

Amy Floyd
Student Services
Ms. Floyd holds an Early Childhood certificate from Stanly Community College. She has been a member of the Carolina Christian School staff for 16 years. She spent 13 years as a Preschool Assistant and 3 years as the CCS Custodian. Ms. Floyd enjoys working at CCS because it affords her the opportunity to pray with and share Christ with the students.
