Financial Aid & Scholarships
Financial Aid and Scholarship
Carolina Christian School believes that a quality, Christ-centered education should be accessible to as many families as possible. We understand that financial considerations are important, and we want to highlight opportunities that can make a CCS education attainable.
The North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship Program:
- Carolina Christian School participates in the NC Opportunity Scholarship Program, a state-funded initiative that provides scholarships to eligible students.
- All families in North Carolina are able to apply for this scholarship to help with tuition costs at participating schools like CCS.
- This scholarship is funded by the state and is not managed by Carolina Christian School.
- We encourage all families to explore this option! For detailed information on the Opportunity Scholarship Program, including eligibility requirements and application deadlines, please visit the official website: www.ncseaa.edu/k12/opportunity.
FACTS Grant and Aid Program:
- Carolina Christian School also offers school-sponsored, need-based financial assistance to qualifying students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 through our FACTS Grant and Aid program.
- To be eligible for FACTS Grant and Aid, the following must be completed first:
- Prospective Students: You must have a completed application on file with CCS for the 2025-2026 school year.
- Current Students: Re-enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year must be completed.
- Please note: FACTS Grant and Aid applications submitted without completing one of the above items will be void.
- A non-refundable application fee of $45 is due at the time of online application submission for FACTS Grant and Aid.
- Financial aid applications can be submitted online from January 13 - May 15, 2025. No applications will be considered after this timeframe.
- You can find FACTS Grant and Aid information and the online application link on our school website's Admissions page.
- The FACTS Grant and Aid program is separate from our CCS Family Portal and requires different login credentials. First-time applicants will need to create an account; returning applicants can use their existing login.
- Families may be eligible to receive up to $1500 per student in financial aid, based on the results of their financial aid report.
- Please be aware that financial aid is contingent upon the student maintaining satisfactory academic progress and behavior. Failure to meet these standards may result in the loss of aid.
- All financial obligations to the school, such as tuition and incidental fees, must be kept current to remain eligible for financial aid.
- Please note that additional restrictions or adjustments to financial aid may be implemented throughout the year, if deemed necessary by the Head of School or the CCS School Board.
- FACTS Grant and Aid and the NC Opportunity Scholarship are separate programs and cannot be combined; a student may only use one form of aid per school year.
Isaac Anders Oxford Memorial Fund:
-
Carolina Christian School also offers scholarship opportunities through the Isaac Anders Oxford Memorial Fund. This fund honors the memory of Isaac Anders Oxford by providing support to students who embody his qualities of determination, a strong work ethic, academic achievement, and Christ-like compassion.
