Carolina Christian School is pleased to offer a convenient Hot Lunch Program for our scholars and families, managed through the FACTS Family Portal.
How It Works
Order Online:
Log in to the FACTS Family Portal to view the lunch menu, select meals, and place orders for each scholar in your family.
Access the portal via our CCS website (Quick Link Tab), directly at FACTS (Parent tab), or through the CCS Lions Connect App (district code: CL-NC).
Menu & Pricing:
The lunch menu is updated regularly and shows available options and prices for each day. You can order as many meals as you need, but please order under each scholar individually due to multiple meal times.
Payment:
After selecting meals, you’ll see a confirmation screen with your total. Orders are finalized through the FACTS Tuition Management system.
Note: Meals must be paid for before they are placed with our vendor.
Order Status:
View which meals are available, paid, and pending.
You can order additional meals later, but changes cannot be made after orders are placed with the vendor.
Step-by-Step Ordering Guide
- Log in to FACTS Family Portal.
- Click “Lunch” on the left menu.
- Select the scholar and desired date.
- Choose your meal(s) and quantity.
- Confirm your order and proceed to payment.
- Receive confirmation once payment is complete.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my order after payment?
No, changes cannot be made after meals are placed with the vendor.
How do I know if my order is complete?
Paid orders are marked in blue; unpaid orders are marked in red. You can always check your order status in the portal.
